1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our distribution facility. You will receive an automated email containing tracking information once your package has been handed to the carrier.

2. Packaging Protocols

Our products are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or padded mailers to protect your privacy. The interior contents are vacuum-sealed in food-grade, airtight, UV-blocking stand-up pouches, labeled clearly with the correct botanical nomenclature (e.g., Echinopsis pachanoi botanical reference specimen).

3. Domestic and International Rates

• Standard US Shipping: Flat rate of $6.95, delivered within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Free for orders over $150.
• Express US Shipping: Flat rate of $19.95, delivered within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express.
• International Shipping: Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination weight. Please note that custom delays or duties are the responsibility of the importer.
